  o   3700 acres divided into two properties 7 miles apart (2,200 & 1,500). Total of 24 members with access to both properties. Harvest limited to 2 does if one is taken during bow or muzzleloader season and one 13+" buck. Price is $1,250 per membership. Family is allowed to hunt off your tags, youth hunting is encouraged, guest are allowed except for the first week of bow and general rifle season. Protein feed is mandatory from Feb-September. One stand your first year and a second the following assuming the feeding requirements have been met. Lease is 1- 1 1/2 hours from the Houston area depending where exactly you live. This will be our third year in this area, second with the 1,500 acres and first year to have the total of 3,700. Will possibly go MLD this year if accepted into the program. We are looking for management minded hunters that are willing to put in time and effort. The lease will be shown on Feb 27-28. Please let me know if your interested in viewing. Atv or SxS is a must have.
