I am wanting to get a few late season snows. Anyone recommend a good guide in the houston / katy area that is reasonable?

Can't help you over in the Houston area but in the Winnie area there is Central Flyway Outfitters and The Drake Plantation. Both killed some geese this weekend. Not sure if they have any left but it may be worth calling them.
