She's 18 now. Great kid. Darn good pistol shot and has been shooting my Python and Beretta PX4 for years. Her 'natural' father hasn't been around for her in the past 10 years or so. Didn't even send her a Christmas gift this year. Anyway, she drove to see him early this year, and he has a new semiauto pistol and wanted to impress her with it and his shooting. She told me all this after the visit. So they went to a range and he was having problems with the pistol ejecting the spent cases. She said she had to tell him that he was limp wristing the pistol. She took the pistol, ran through a whole mag with no problem and handed the pistol back to him, with a smile. Knowing him, he didn't take that well, but she said it was a wonderful moment - out shooting him with his own pistol. Ain't life grand!
