I'm looking to lease 132 land locked acres in Anderson county and was wondering what a ballpark figure would be to offer the landowners? I have access through my property. Heavily wooded possible wet weather creek about 6 miles out of town.

5-8$ an acre possibly up to $10 an acre of its a really good property with big neighbors and abundant wildlife.
