Hey guys hows it going today? I'm posting this for a friend he's having a hard time finding two hunters that are serious. I told him i could post it on the THF and he should be able to find some good guys. I told him to write up a brief description and here is what he sent me this morning.

" My name is Will Ferguson. My family owns and operates an 11,000 acre ranch in Reagan County, 12 miles east of Big Lake Texas. I know its very short notice to be talking about getting a deer lease but I had two guys back out leasing a pasture from me. Now i'm looking for two hunters that are responsible and respectful individuals that will take care of the place. The pasture I have available for lease is approximately 700 acres. I'm offering this pasture to two guns at $2500 a gun/person. The $2500 includes: 1 trophy whitetail buck, 1 management buck,2 whitetail does, dove, turkey, quail and varmints. Lodging is available with this lease.(* Guests are allowed and to hunt however they must hunt off of paying hunters tags/quota)This is two spot deal, what I mean by that is i'm looking to lease it to two friends/family members etc.. Makes things a lot smoother for everybody involved.

A little more background on the pasture is: I have one 12 foot box blind that fits two people very comfortable on the west side of the pasture with a feeder, on the east side we have an 6 feet box blind that has a ton feeder that has been feeding and running since last deer season. I will let ya'll use these blinds and feeders since its so close to the season. More than welcome to set up more stands and feeders completely up to you.

Since i found out the previous hunters backed out on me i went and purchased two game cameras and started feeding alfalfa to try and show people the kind of deer coming into these setups. I have got a week worth of pictures so far to show if anybody would like to see them just email or call me. Also have a Google earth view of the pasture.

If any of ya'll are interested i'd be more than happy to discuss the lease to you in more detail. I'm actually heading down to the ranch this weekend if there's anybody that would like to tour the ranch just give me a call and i'll be glad to show you around the ranch.

Well that's what he sent me guys. Will is a very nice guy and easy to get along with. Figured i'd put it on here and help him out and maybe help some fellow THF's still looking for a lease.
