Does anyone know of any public lands or spots where I can work my GSP Buck? He is a fully trained hunter, But I fear that he is starting to loose his training if I don't work with him more. My girlfriend has a ranch near orange grove, & I have a year round lease outside of Freer, but we don't get to go as often as we would like to use him. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks, STT

The closest I know of is Top Flight at Columbus.
Quail hunting is like walking into, and out of a beautiful painting all day long. Gene Hill

Good looking gsp.
Yeah top flight offers training packages for year round access.
I'll take a Black Female every time.

George bush park near American Shooting Sports is a great place. South of I10 on hwy 6, probably 20 minutes from the loop. Has water too u can use. I see peeps training their dogs all the time out there when I'm headed to the range.i

Good looking dog for sure, wish I could help I'm in dallas though. What about throw bumpers for him at a elementary or middle school or high school feilds? Most of the bayous in houston you could practice swimming in w him, just would have to watch out for snakes, maybe find a neighborhood w some small ponds. I work my dog where ever I can. Just get creative.

I'm on the eastern edge of Dallas and we've got 50 acres, pigeons, quail and a barn full of training equipment. If you ever get up this way we'd love to have you out for a day or I'd be willing to train your dog. I don't have a kennel open right now, but will have one this Saturday. Shoot me an eMail or give me a call if you ever get up this way.
