Thought for the day: Ducks were almost hunted to extinction long before camo was invented.

the captain has been around a few hunters in his day, so I think he would know. up

You fellers are not accounting fer warm up shots. I've got an old rusty A5 that I have to run 2 to 3 boxes through every morning to just get her warmed up

This would explain the early shooting people are always complaining about, turns out they were getting fired up over shooting ducks early, turns out it was just pregame warm up

Oh my- I would say get a lesson- that's miserable - worst than shooting 100 golfing

Perhaps a number of trips to shoot some clays prior to season would greatly benefit his pocketbook! bolt

lol.....

Someone mentions they shot X number of shells.
.......you read it,
...... think about it,
...... makes (flawed) assumptions beause you don't understand how.it could be possible for a person to hunt that much or shoot that many shells.
...... wheels start spinning in your head trying to make sense of it all.
...... consider the end product of your analysis worthy of posting on the web for posterity, and in Garretrolls case, an opportunity to practice being clever and witty AND raise his post count in the process.

My apologies. I assumed everyone knew that regular waterfowl season isn't the only opportunity to hunt here in Texas.

Get a TPWD Guidebook, read it, again and again if need be, and you'll (hopefully) figure it all out. JIC you can't figure it out, there's an early teal season (i know your prolly confused, but teal isnt just a color, there's little ducks called teal too. You can hunt them before regular season. And they're tasty).

Then there's Snipe. Real birds, not the mythical bird that most folks assumes isnt real. And they're tasty too. But hard to hit. Being unaware that they actually exist and not having hunted them before, you may need 5 or 6 boxes to get a limit.

And there's geese. You can see what they look like at most cityy parks that have small lakes. They're tasty as well.

And light geese conservation season. You can shoot as many as you want with an unplugged shotgun. Not at city parks though.

And cranes. But your not ready for cranes yet. Gotta learn to walk before you can run.

You'll get it figured it out one of these days.

If I sold my wifes viper, she'd be drivin mine. Aint gonna happen.

Speaking of my wife, it's kinda strange that you've mentioned her in several posts. You don't her, never met her, I take it your fixation on her is because someone told you she's smokin hot? Yea, she's hot. And she has a Viper too. Trollin's one thing, but it's pretty darn sad that you're fixated to such a degree that members found it odd and brought it to my attention.

post count is actually very low on my list of important internet items, I actually wish post count was not shown.

and your right, I have never met your wife, dont know her name, dont know what she looks like and have no idea what she drives. The viper was just a guess based on your posts (plural) about having 2 vipers in your garage, I saw the pictures, and they are nice cars for sure up

now dont go getting sensitive on me, if you do then all the fun is lost and I will have to quit posting reply's to you like I have with others that seem to take the internet serious. Please know that I have no fixation with your wife, just like the other day i mentioned to a poor lost lad that he needed to get his "privates" back from his ole lady and hunt more. I have no fixation with his privates or your wife, I have one of each myself, while one has a size issue and the other shopping issue, I wouldnt trade them for the world.

by the way...looks like the troll job worked clap
