I'll be buying a new trigger in March. I may go trigger tech this time.

Have one. It is definitely different. Think I will like it once I get out to the range.

Anything would be an improvement over Remington's dangerous and difficult to adjust Walker trigger.
But even with a quality trigger installed, it will still be a Remington that may decide to pop off the bolt handle at some particularly inconvenient moment.
Kind regards, charlesb

I have an aftermarket TriggerTech trigger in my Excalibur Crossbow. About the same price point as this trigger. It's a 2 stage 2.5lb trigger and is worlds better than the factory trigger. Obviously the trigger for a crossbow is very different than for a rifle but if the break, pull and build quality are similar I'd have no problem giving it a try.

1lb on a hunting rifle though? I read adjustable 1.5lb to 4 lb in 1 oz. increments.
