the light in about 7' high on my gambrel post, fire pit about 25' away and the far end is about 70 yds. they will be 12v and you just need a feeder battery for them

yes to the remote, this lets you use it to check without having to leave it on. while it does glow red if mounted high I doubt it will affect the pigs. will be mounting this one on a feeder in the coming week and will get some video of it in use.

Weatherproofing?

Nice. Be interested in one if it ran on 6 volts. I know it wouldn't be as bright, but I don't need it that bright either. I would put it on the motor which is about 6-7 ft off the ground.

they will be weatherproof and have a box for battery and remote rcvr.

as for 6 volts they should work on 6, leds are not voltage specific. I will try one out and let ya know.

one other thing I forgot to mention is these lights have a built in eye, you can hook straight to the battery and they will come on at dark and go off at daylight. you can leave them on if you are concerned about spooking the pigs.

do you know that battery life for this, meaning will it run down a 12V battery if left on all night?

does the light make any auditory clicks when turned on by remote as to scare away animals?

range on the remote? 50 yards, 100 yards?

Will you be at the hunters extravaganza this summer in fort worth or just selling them through the classifieds here?

Warranty length if any?
