I am going to build a new blind for next season. Is there any substitutes for elevator brackets?

There's another company out there that makes a similar product that actually goes on the corner instead of the side but I can't think of the name and they are about $30 more than the elevators from what I recall. Built this last fall with the elevators and it is rock solid.

I used the E-Z Tower brackets when I elevated one of my blinds. I liked the fact that the brackets themselves helps support the weight not just the bolts.

Used elevator brackets here. Very easy and super sturdy. 10 foot long legs.

That's a good deal. Think I paid $89 at Cabela's for mine. Might go ahead and grab another set for my next build.

There are a few brands but the elevator brand seems to be the best buy. Bought and used one set for a blind in Missouri. Fixin to get some for the platform for my Maverick blind.

Just build a platform instead of just using legs. Then you won't need the brackets.

My son saw them and then welded some for us. He used tubing that fit a 4x4 and angle iron for the connectors. He even put an angle to them for support. Worked great.

I bought a set of Elevator Brackets from Academy for under $80. Was not sure how sturdy they would be but was really suprised. I went to 8' legs on the blind and once guyed out it was very sturdy. Like BP posted they are very easy to use.
