 Goose processing in DFW?

Does anyone know of a processor around DFW that will do geese? I am looking for somewhere to take snow geese this spring to get a bunch of jerky sticks made. I plan on breasting them all out if that makes a difference.

Kubys in Dallas. You'll need to field dress them though and pluck, or cut the meat out. They don't do feathers.
