I just hit a bad run of luck. I used to hunt utopia, Tx, and after almost being guaranteed a spot, it looks like it fell through. I had some family land I hunt in Chambers county, really rough swamp land, and it turns out it was sold on Friday. So back to the drawing board, and getting on board with everyone else. I do have a hunting buddy (4 years old), but other than that it'll be me. I can fill a couple spots if necessary, so here's what I'm looking for:
Hill country, west texas. PREFER something with exotics(who doesn't), but not a deal killer. Like to have something with electric, and water. Nothing crowded, as I've ran into some spots that have 60 acres a person! No way! I'm a management minded hunter, and like to see deer grow up. I don't have to have a trophy lease, mainly something I can bring my 4 year old to and see plenty of deer. Thanks in advance for any help and leads! Budget is up to $2500 depending on what it has to offer!
