Sounds like the guy with the lease needs to pony up the money. The other members did their part by getting on the lease not their fault. I would have added a couple more people and lowered the price or it sound like you over paid in hopes of leasing it.

Just out of curiousity are the existing gun hunters paying the same as the bow only hunters....$4000?
I do hunt, and I do fish, and I don't apologize to anybody for hunting and fishing.
You know, if you need 100 rounds to kill a deer, maybe hunting isn't your sport.

Filling the lease is not a problem, but finding the right guy is.We have one bow spot open, his price is less than the gun hunters.

just to clarify what ironaggie is referring to, he asked to bring a 20 ft container to store all his gear and 4 wheeler in,which is not a bad idea,BUT the landowner did not want a container sitting next to his house,which I understand that pretty clear also.BUT it is not necessary to bring your hunting vehicle back and forth each trip ,it can stay parked there at the house with everyone else's..Spot is still open at this point.
