the best I can tell that looks like hen Scaup/Dogris/Bluebill which ever one you choose to call it.

That is a scaup also called a bluebill. It is mostly likely a lesser but the easiest way to tell is based on the wing

Immature lesser scaup aka blue bill - drake not a hen. Hens are dark brown with a patch of white on the face.
