I'm looking to cerakote my AR-15. Any recommendations on where to take it in the College Station or Houston Area that has fair pricing?
Thanks and Gig 'Em,
Paul Theiss

Been a little while but Sarah at Burdett and Son in College Station was doing some pretty good cerakote work. Not sure what they charge but it may be worth checking out.

I'd call derrick at horizon. If they don't so AR stuff (I bet they do) hell be able to tell you somebody.

The main problem with Ceracoating and AR, most 'coaters" want you to bring the gun disassembled, they coat the needed parts. Then you put it back together.
I don't have all the correct tools or the knowledge to do it. I know , its bad to own a gun and not know how to disassemble and re- assemble while blindfolded but hell....

Check out the guys at Gun Corps. They were doing ARs not too long ago.
