Photo might help shorten the answer and better describe the issue you have.

Are you looking at it when at full draw or just when the rest is popped up?

On most of them that is an easy fix to align the lines but you might have to recheck centershot, paper tune and walkback tune if you make the little move to align the lines.

Is your now tuned now and shoots bullet holes where it is currently aligned, if yes I would not change anything until time for a tune up or for maintenance on the bow

If your center shot is correct and the fletching is not hitting the rest when you shoot I would not worry about the lines. You can loosen the screw that allows the QAD rest to be moved left and right and rotate it to align but it is easy to let it slide a little and the height it rotates to will probably change so you then have to adjust for height as well.
