Looking for 1-3 spots on an annual (or at least season) intensely managed, low fence lease, dedicated to producing trophy whitetail. Any area considered, but prefer south TX. Want a place that CONSISTENTLY produces 150+ B&C trophy bucks. (Not a guarantee, just that kind of quality deer on the ranch.) MUST be run in a "serious, ethical and rule abiding" manner. NO DRAMA. NO SECRET DEALS. NO [censored]. NO DRUNKS. Willing to pay MARKET PRICE for this type of lease as well as a FINDERS FEE of 5% of member fee to anyone who legitimately produces information that results in me joining a lease that suits my requirements. NO SCAMMERS. Willing and able to help in maintaining blinds, feeders, roads, etc...

I/we are very experienced hunters, that are hoping for a long term lease that we can enjoy, but as well help to produce true free range trophy whitetail for years to come for all members. Thanks in advance for any help on this matter and my God Bless and Best of Hunting to all in 2016-17.

Have you considered Mexico? If so I should be able to help you out.
