Helps when they are boiled first... seen that done that way in Mexico. Very fast, once you get to that point

I'd say he has done that a few times. Seems like someone posted a similar video last year with a guy at a ranch
doing a whole cow in about 10 minutes. Pretty neat the way they do it.
