just got a note from Midway, 6.5, 143 grain Hornady ELD-X Hunting bullets are in and shipped.

I talked to one of the Hornady reps at the DSC show and he seemed to be in awe that I couldn't find any of the bullets or Precision Hunter ammo. I've run through the web again tonight and every place has "coming soon" or out of stock.

I did get my 6.5's haven't loaded them yet.
I do hate it when manufactures like Ruger come out with a nice product, then can't supply it

Hey Buzz, have you tried the 140 gr ELDX target bullets yet? Any comparison to the A-Max in accuracy?
I was wrong...on anything technical. Fitz............. is right, ya know............

No, been to lazy, I do have 100 of each now. Loaded some of the Match ELD's in my 6.5X55 and have brass prepped for the 6.5 Weatherby and a pound of RL-26 to try, see if its as good as H-1000 in the 6.5 Weatherby. see you Feb. 6th!!

just got a note from Midway, 6.5, 143 grain Hornady ELD-X Hunting bullets are in and shipped. Just got an alert from Midway that they're back in stock. I jumped on box...be here on Friday. I'll have to load some up and take them to the lease this weekend to see how they work out.
