Does anyone mail theirs in certified with Signature required
or do you all hand deliver them?

If you mail it, mail it certified with signature required. They used to have a tendency of losing or not receiving mail. Been through lots of chief appraisers in the last few years.

If you hand deliver it, have them make a copy of it and sign and date it for you. Trust me from experience, better to be safe than sorry.
