From the website (sounds like a good deal to me):

Quote:
FLAT RATE $60 FREIGHT CHARGE ON ALL BLINDS REGARDLESS OF QUANTITY

I would sure like to hear some reviews on these blinds from folks who have used them and put them through their paces though.

Yeah I saw the $60 for shipping. That's a good price. I wonder if the ones Brazos has is the ones with the old style window/door?

I'm not sure if the remaining ones have the window/door. You might call them @ 254-756-6687

The plastic is thin and the windows are cheap as they come.

The pastic is thicker than 2/3 of the moulded blinds on the market and the windows are also better quality than other moulded blinds on the market!

That's the reason I didn't buy one, went with a better quality blind, paid more but I got more. If you think it's good quality that's all that's matters.

No, I fully understand what you're saying. I've hunted with guys who've paid thousands for their blinds, that's why some folks drive Lexus and others drive Kia's!

This blind fits my budget and gets me out of an old wooded blind! banana2

If anyone is next to a Menard's (big box store like Lowes and Home Depot up north), they usually have them on sale right now.

Yeah I saw that, the only problem is Menards only stocks the 5-shooter, that one is a little small for bow hunting out of. The 6-shooter would be the one to get.

The deer view windows in the Krivoman blinds are a lot better windows. However at that price this blind is half the price of a Krivoman.

Yes but there are issues. The one I got was the "display" model. The seals were shot and the bottom of the door area was warped from them having it cabled down. Oh, and the window kit was not. They had the cut outs from the windows in place but the three clear windows you are supposed to get with it weren't there.

However, having said that, I just got off the phone with Chad Stoll. President
Maverick Blinds. I had sent him a couple of emails with pics explaining the situation and he told me to call him. He is sending me out a complete set of the new style seals for all the windows and the door, the three clear windows and has said they should be here by the end of the week or early next week.

Class act right there.

Sorry to hear you had issues with it however, it sounds like Chad took care of any problems. I called Maverick over the weekend and I'm waiting to hear back from them on getting a price on a 6- shooter.

I just believe that a company who will stand up behind a product like that is worthy of my business. I will order 3 more tinted windows efore season from him.

I'm going to take a look at the new one piece windows, the dealer has one for display. I do agree about the company!

The plastic is actually thicker than a lot of plastic blinds. If you bow hunt, ONLY get the six footer (unless only txhuntr midgets hunt your place).

They last MUCH longer and are better than popup blinds, are quieter, and don't blow down like the popups. The bison on my places don't chew on them. And they are way easier to move as a bow blind than popups if the wind direction changes.

That said, the window and door hardware SUCKS. If you upgrade the hardware I believe you have one of the best and cheapest most functional bow blinds on the planet.

We bought a dozen with delivery for an individual price that was cheaper than we could have bought 2 "good" popup blinds for.

I am going to put Velcro on to hinge my windows.

I got my new seals and windows in the other day. I'm stripping off the old style seals and when done will install the new stuff. I won't go set up until I get the platform ready though.
