Spring season only. 600 acres of prime turkey country with a good healthy population. Acquaintance of mine wants to lease it for himself and his young son and I have no idea what the going rate is.

Silver spurs and gold tequila
keep me hanging on.
Pretty girls and old cantinas
give me shelter from the storm.

We are always looking for good turkey land. If he does not take it and you want to fetch top dollar for it pm me. If the place is holding 50-70 mature toms and we figure we could harvest 10 then you could easily be looking at a couple thousand dollars depending on location and actual number of birds. Just a rough estimate. In the past I have had smaller places (150acres) that we harvested 15 mature birds consistently for years. Then again I have had thousands of acres that held less than 5 harvests a year. All depends.
