I would like to try to make some breakfast sausage this year. Does anyone have a good recipe that I could try? I am a wimp when it comes to spicy foods, so nothing spicy.

Thanks in advance

breakfast patties - 20% bacon ends & pieces + 20% port butt + 60% venison. fabulous

(Wright Brand bacon ends & pieces, if you can get them)

spices - I use Sage, black pepper, salt, garlic powder (for mild)

I used to use LEM backwoods breakfast seasonings but have switched to Fiesta Brand Breakfast Sausage seasoning.

Reo Spice out of Huntsville make some really good blends. We use #3 and #8. The higher the number the hotter the blend. http://www.reospice.com/
