 Hybrid? Let's get some opinions bluebill redhead cross?

So ended up shooting this duck in the middle. Looks a lot different then any other redhead I've shot! Half the size , the head is a dark purple and maroonish! Wing pattern like a bluebill body like a bluebill , but has the reddish head and Bill like a redhead! I laid him next to two mature redheads for comparison! What's y'alls thoughts. The one in the middle

I'm familiar with a ring neck , and trust me he doesn't have the white on the side like a ring neck!

The thin white stripe on the bill next to the head suggests that it may indeed have a little ringer in it. Normal redheads have black there.
I agree a picture of the wing stretched out so we can see the full set of secondaries (in color) and tertials would help with ID.
