How many more permits/hunts did they take from the NR and add to the Residents or outfitters pool?

How many more permits/hunts did they take from the NR and add to the Residents or outfitters pool? I don't think they made any adjustments to the ratio's this year. But they have recently "last 2 years" changed it.

How many more permits/hunts did they take from the NR and add to the Residents or outfitters pool? Only changes over last 2 years has been the sheep pool. They pooled the different units together so NR would actually have a chance sort of.
