Submit a Form1 on the ATF eForms site. Pay with your debit card and wait.

Not to hijack but would like more info on this as well from folks who have already gone through the process or have any helpful info they don't mind sharing. When you say pay with debit when using the eform is that for the $200 stamp? Sapper if you plan on doing a trust, is it better to do the trust first before submitting Form1 eform?

you have to send in your trust with the form 1. If you eForm you can upload your trust online.

Yes you pay the $200 for the tax stamp with your debit card.

You can do it afterward, but some say do it before some say do it after. Just make sure you engrave correctly the first time. I did it afterward on my first one which worked out good because ATF sent it back to me and I had to correct my name of my trust on my form 1 and I would have engraved it wrong had it done it before I sent in my trust and form 1.

My name was off, I had my first and last name on the form 1 and had my first name middle initial and last name on the trust. Dumb mistake but easily made the first time.

The lower has to have your trust name, city, and state.

No just you, as long as they're in the trust they don't have to be on the form 1.

Wish I could get a copy of the finger prints and passport photos I did to get my CHL.
