Can anyone tell me the resale value of 25-06 with synthetic stock, 24 inch barrel? Guy has one for sale and I'm interested. Thanks in advance

Take a look at www.gunbroker.com. Great place to see what guns are going for.

Vanguard 1 - $350 or so. Actually these are really good buys for what you get. I paid $425 for a .257 Wby before the 2s came out and they have dropped some since then. It's nothing to look at but sure shoots good.

Vanguard 2 - $550 or so and up depending on caliber.

How can you tell the 1 from the 2?

1's have a 2 position safety...and 2's have a 3 position safety that allows you to open the bolt while the safety is "ON" so you can unload a chambered round with out doing it with a live trigger...is the easy answer...

Wby Vanguard is the best 'value-for-dollar' rifle available.

The Vanguard 1 Sub-Moa are tack drivers.
