I'd kill both of them as they are trash bucks….proof that the AR rule is not a good one.
Glad we have MLD tags

Buck #1 dies because he has no brow tines (bad genetics)
Buck #2 dies because he is over 6.5 years old

Nah they were just late born fawns. Born to a doe fawn that bred late in the year many moons ago. Keep them one more year since they have such great genetics rolleyes

Besides that they are not mature. It doesn't matter what the antlers look like as long as they are mature.
