That's the only time he has ever showed up and probably never to be seen again:( It was tons of fun this morning. Yesterday was my birthday hunted morning and evening. I killed a coon yesterday too. Hunted this morning and saw some young bucks and some does. Saw a pack of coyotes far away and then when walking back to my truck, I spotted a coyote about 300 yards away. I put my stuff down and put my bipod down, got on the ground and held a little over his head. He was facing me and I pulled the trigger and boom.......smack!!! Dropped him dead! Then I checked my coon cuffs and had two. Shot them...drug them off and went home:) I'll be hunting tomorrow too. Hope I get a darn deer...ill be ok with a coon though. Man I love being a teacher!!!

Sorry. Yes. I got a doe. I got there at 7:50. Doe has been coming out at 8:00. Sat in the blind for about 15 min. She came out and walked into the brush. Then she came back out. Aimed....boom! Neck shot! Dropped right there. No pics sorry. I'll take pics of the meat tomorrow:)
No coons. Two traps missing. My cable wire broke.
I'll be back tomorrow and hope I got some coons an hope no more traps are missing. I'll take them home and build them with bigger cables and mount them differently.
