So I got a wild hair about me and decided to use some of my vacation at the end of the season. I have 9 days off and want to go somewhere new. Where would you guys recommend going? I have my type 2, have a boat, and plenty of decoys. I have figured somewhere either here in tx or Arkansas. I'm just ready to see some new areas. If anyone wants to join just name a place and we will give it a shot.

I would invite you up here but we have had to much water of late to hunt. Pushed birds into private fields and landowners don't want us back in there damaging their roads.
Go to the coast and do a cast and blast with one of the local guides, or try it without a guide (just watch the tides). Nothing like a hundred Redheads flying over and buzzing your deeks. Good luck.

Ya the coast is an option I have some family down in Palacios. They have some good hunting there. I have also thought about heading up to the panhandle and seeing what's happening up there.

I'd stay in texas or go north to Oklahoma. Arkansas has been hammered with rain like we have. Water depths are a struggle up there right now.
