Sand hill crane breasts are delicious, but must be cooked Rare and seared on all sides using butter ,salt & pepper food

Not a big fan, but that one looks pretty good.

One time I was hunting out of pits in Winnie with some buddies and we were taking a group on our right, after we shot I turned to my left and my buddy was laying on the outside on the ground. Damn goose came down like a rock and knocked him out of the blind. Thought it killed him. It was a really good hunt! cheers

Man up my man these birds are delicious. They can go slight Med rare but rare is the most tender and flavorful.

I really need to taste this. Dove to me tastes very similiar to beef, nothing like chicken so I'm thinking Ribeye in the sky is dead on!
