I have 3X9 Buckmaster that is apparently messed up. I bought a gun from someone and was told the scope was nearly new. I sold that gun and kept the scope. I mounted the scope on a new weapon and the scope will not adjust left\right. It does adjust up and down though. It is shooting about 4 inches right of target at 50 yards. Is there a fix? Will Nikon fix it without the warranty card or registration?
thanks in advance!

They should repair for, what used to be $25...their "No Worry" warranty. You could return the broken pieces and they would take care of it.

Nikon's No Fult Policy will take care of you. I recently sent back my first scope of over 400 that I have used. Filled out warranty form, sent it in and got a reply back within a week that it arrived and was being processed. Even though my son dropped a rifle and scope 15 feet one time coming out of a tower blind onto the dirt, 4 feet of a cement bench onto concrete isn't good for the scope. Here's the info, drop me a note if you need help. https://repair.nikonusa.com/ProductEntry

Here is the problem Bart, on the form you sent is specifies you must provide a copy of your receipt and warranty card. I do not have either for this scope since it came on a gun I bought used.
I have not dropped the scope and I really don't believe the guy that sold it to me would intentionally screw me. I contacted him and he doesn't have a receipt either.
thanks Bart and others for your help!
This product is under Warranty. Please note to obtain warranty service you will be required to provide a copy of your receipt and warranty card
