Aqua seal the best. Buy online. Works on boots, neoprene - haven't tried it on breathables

Shoe goo!! I riped a 1/2 inch hole in mine! Sewed it up shoe goo inside an out and been fine ever since!

I tried aqua seal on a hole in the knee and it worked for a trip then cracked and leaked again. Next trip juat used some super glue and that worked great

I use a hot glue stick and a lighter. I actually keep hot glue sticks and lighter in my bag. Works very well on small holes.

Gorilla glue. Water activated. Worked well for me.

If they're Cabelas brand just take em back and get a new pair. Many people don't know but they replace all their waders with no reciept or questions asked no matter what's wrong with them. I couldn't believe it but my hunt'n buddy proved it last week when they replaced a pair he had for 4 years now...
