I tried aqua seal on a hole in the knee and it worked for a trip then cracked and leaked again. Next trip juat used some super glue and that worked great

I use a hot glue stick and a lighter. I actually keep hot glue sticks and lighter in my bag. Works very well on small holes.

I've used small plastic worms (fishing tackle) and a lighter to melt them. Works great on small holes.

If they're Cabelas brand just take em back and get a new pair. Many people don't know but they replace all their waders with no reciept or questions asked no matter what's wrong with them. I couldn't believe it but my hunt'n buddy proved it last week when they replaced a pair he had for 4 years now...
