A group of 4 experienced management minded hunters are looking for a new lease to see what all is available out there. We can lease the entire place if necessary. We are currently on a MLD III lease in Zapata County, and are looking to see what other options are out there. We have some internal issues, and dont think we can get them worked out. We would like to stay in South Tx, open to non MLD. We would like to keep the cost per gun to 6k-9k per man.
