Hey guys we are gonna make summer and German sausage this weekend and I was wondering what kind of pork to buy?

Butts. HEB has them for $0.88 per pound. H.E.Butts has butts for $0.88/lb.....

Pork shoulder or butt is good! what we did last year, they all grind up fine, as long
as the meat is somewhat chilled, NOT too hot! have a shop and i wait till the weather is cool
outside to make our ground, and venison pan sausage.....
hunt safe.....
