Sounds like the LO really wants you to put out you stand/feeder/cameras so he can continue his 18 year kill streak, and use your ATV to get it done. If it's too good to be true...

Yes, you're reading it wrong..Acreage is not mentioned; just small family lease. You are seeing "18 straight years of harvests, not 18 acres". Acreage from that ad is undisclosed.

Looks like you are reading it right to me:

"our rugged , remote, secluded, hilly box canyon sits vat a 2000 foot elevation. our property is eighteen acres. We sit smack dab in the middle of three huge. ."

That one doesn't pass the smell test IMO.

Well, it's not one of those "too good to be true" ads. If someone is fool enough to take him up on it, good for him, I guess.

My Bad Kevin, I stand corrected. I guess I was hoping that price per acre was not legit. Hopefully he left out the hundred behind the eighteen, lol...Crazy nuts there.

You can shoot a couple of real, real nice deer on package hunts for that kind of money. That's crazy.

And you have on site security. Sounds like a deal. I have 88 acres here for $34,144 a year (88 acres x $388 per) and I'll supply the game cameras and feeders. Cash only. deer2
