Anyone know if quail calls actually work to help locate coveys? The terrain I'm hunting is too harsh for dogs, and do they make one just for scaled or blue quail?

I have not heard of Quail calls. I have an electronic quail caller that helps the quail find their way back to the flight pen and it works very well.
