What would be considered an acceptable accuracy for the 300BLK in an AR Platform?

My latest batch netted about 1.25" groups at 80 yards.
(20 to 80 yards is my current "Kill Zone" for this application)

Details:
AR Platform
16" Barrel with .125 Port
Carbine Length Gas System
Omega Suppressor

200/gr Lapua Sub-Sonic Boolits moving at 1050/fps
Loaded .031 off of the lands.
H4198 Powder
Home Made Brass (all Winchester and Annealed before sizing)

Shooter Error... (Excuses)
It was a bit windy Saturday. LOL

I really don't know what would be considered an obtainable accuracy for this application.
This is my first venture into Sub-Sonics.

It's not like I have much room to play with FPS like I normally would developing a Super Sonic round.

It will hit a pig in the head at that distance.

Do I call it good, or keep playing with it?

I do not feel like trying 20 different Powders & such.

Thanks.

The question is it good for you. It sounds like it is. Only you can determine what your time is worth

Yup, if it is accurate enough for your intended purposes with the gun and ammo load it up and have fun

I tell my customers if the sub sonic ammo shoot 1.5" or better at 100, then that's good. I have shot a few 1/2" groups with a tuned sub sonic load, though, so they can be made to shoot better. Shooting out of a bolt gun is easier to get the accuracy. AR's you have to use the right powder to get it to also cycle. Subs are a heavily reduced load to make a certain speed, and can be a little finicky on what they like. You are taking an efficient round, and making it inefficient as a sub load. There are a few tricks to getting them to work better, though.

Thanks for the numbers, Chad.

I didn't know if I was way off target or acceptable average.

Everything functions correctly with this current load and seems to be shooting clean.

I didn't want to mess things up chasing an unreasonable goal.
