First time Roy was on the pipeline we had bucks chasing does in every direction. had so much fun watching he forgot to shoot. Let a 140+ 9 point walk that day. Roy I never seen that old wide beam 8 point again, the one that came in from our left.

ouch!!! skunked, try again tomorrow I told you to turn that damn radio down, deer hate Disco! If the wind is out of the south set up on the thicket we talked about, north or west set up in the west end by the old pump-jacks. Get out there early and drive around for a little bit and watch the high grass in the thicker stuff for deer bedded down. You might try the high-lines in the back we had several bucks working that area 2 weeks ago. Checked the weather and the winds going to 20 mph from the south and warm so they will be moving late. I would set up on the thicket where you had to jump me off that day (pull up right into the cedars, you'll see where I trimmed them back) and watch down the road in front of you, that's the direction they usually come in from. Deer don't have to step out far to eat at that spot. Good luck and instead of that damn disco put a little Bon Jovi Wanted Dead Or Alive on, they can't resist it.

Well. Not a bust. Had a yearling come in as soon as I poured the corn. The wind wasn't right for us. Had a big doe and a really nice buck come in later. They just weren't as dumb as the yearling and high tailed. Oh well still had fun.
