I watched a few go to roost Saturday evening. We hear them from time to time.

I used to see birds around Red Hill. Still a few in the area. I believe the spring season has been suspended due to low numbers.

I'll call Dan later to ask and I'll report back. They haven't moved it over to the no eastern turkey season list yet.

Just got off the phone with Dan Hill , he said he hasn't heard anything about them closing the season and if he does hear anything I'll be the first he calls. (Wife grandma is really good friends with the GW's wife)
He also said that numbers are looking fairly good for this year but birds have been real skittish and weary

Have not seen any in the 8 years I have lived at turkey creek! (Community in Cass County) however my wife and kids did say they saw a few several months ago at the creek, but could have been buzzards!

Haven't seen any in Cass since 05. I do see them in Northern Morris and Bowie fairly often. Saw several flocks driving the back roads on the way to Clarksville to watch the boys scrimmage back in August.
