Yep, love it. Plan it on suppressing it next year.

Have you looked for brass?

Not a loaded question, really don't know how much harder it is to find versus 7 Rem Mag.

I do, and I'm quite fond of it.

Brass isn't easy to get, but it can be done.

I had one, but sold it. Wish I had keep it. Brass wasn't that hard to find.

Brass is easy to find during hunting season, come late spring it will be going for double what it costs now. They only make it seasonally, or at least last year that was the story I got. We currently shoot 140's for Texas and 160's for our elk loads.

I've read that STW is much harder to find.
The reason for my question is a buddy is thinking of selling his and I was gonna get it from him.

If he makes you a reasonable offer, you better get your hands on it. Nobody I know of has sold one and not regretted it. They have a bit of a cult following and can be highly sought after.

Double Tap is the only company I know of that loads the STW ammo up to its potential, though you can find good ammo that's been loaded down to 7 mag velocities. This thing really comes alive with hand loads, but the Double Tap with 160 Acubonds are fantastic as long as the rifle likes it. Mine does, and I suspect most Senderos will, too. My STW is a mutt, but it's set up similar.

At any rate, you would do well to relieve him of it.
