Has anyone ever used them for processing a deer? I had lunch there today and was reminded that they do processing. $65 for basic processing of a deer. The price seemed good.

I used them once a couple of years ago on a doe I shot. I was happy with their work.

I have used them the past 2 years. I get summer sausage, breakfast sausage and link sausage. They do a great job.
You should give some serious thought to thanking your lucky stars your from Texas.

Been taking my deer there for the past 8 years, no major complaints. Two years ago they mis-marked my breakfast sausage as ground deer, but that dude no longer works there. Jeff is a great guy and went to high school with my hunting partner.

I used them for several years, no complaints. Processing your own though has its rewards.

Good to know, I may use them - but they won't process any exotics or hogs! Only whitetail. Or so they told me.
