Just want to throw a few Kudos to Browning's Trail Camera Support Group... Went to the Lease opening weekend and found that two cameras had had encounters with deer and both lost. One Spypoint the case and Fresnel lens was ruined.. Replacement cost from Canada, no Local or USA support, was 50.00 bucks. Sent an email to Browning looking for replacement Fresnel lens... Next day, Kelley A. McNair sent a reply and promptly sent TWO replacement lens and instructions for installation at no cost... I might add that the camera was not in warranty.. Not very often that you get that kind of service with no questions asked.
