Something I haven't had in a while. Pan seared 17 oz yellow fin tuna steak, cooked medium rare. food Good pile of corn salad on the side. This was my first time making a corn salad, man is it good. Shoulda started making this stuff long ago. hammer Should have made two meals out of this, now I'm stuffed. crazy Thanks for looking.

Looks great.

Quail hunting is like walking into, and out of a beautiful painting all day long. Gene Hill

Thanks fellas, it was delicious. I'm making a rabbit and dove sauce piquant for supper tonight. food I guess I'm eating pretty good for someone who is unemployed right now grin I have quite a bit of fish & game put up to get me through this tough spell, only have to spend a little money on veggies. I made some pan seared amberjack the other night for the kids, they had never had it. Should have taken pictures, it came out real good.
