Taken yesterday by my youngest. She's her father's child - she gave him a warning shot under his belly. But, when he came back half an hour later, and after we had a loving conversation about shooting technique, specifically not closing your eyes when you pull the trigger(!), she nailed him. Her second deer. Her first was 14+ years ago. Couldn't be prouder, especially how emotional she got after having taken the life of one of God's beautiful creations and seeing him struggle for a few seconds. We talked and she was fine afterwards. Just over a 100 yard shot with my old Win. pre-'64 .243.

Tell her congratulations.

Excellent! Her having some hunters remorse shows she has a good heart. What a nice buck.

Your very fortunate, I have 2 girls and no boys. They would never go hunt with me.

It is always tough when something dies, she had some respect for the game. Fantastic job all around clap
Thank You
