 Devils River Deer Lease Question

Do any of you guys lease a place where the Devils River runs through it with deep holes to fish? I know this is not a deer hunting question, but we have wanted to fish the Devils River and can not find a place to stay and we don't use kayaks so we are looking for a private property to stay at and fish of course we would pay to stay but access is hard to find. we would like to do this in the springtime so if you have a place or know of something please let me know or send a PM thanks.

TPWD has some land that borders the river. I've kayaked through it a couple times. The part that is open access to the public is actually a pretty good fishing hole.
If ducks had horns I'd probably be a duck hunter.
I am a horrible deer hunter. Probably the worst. Ever.

It's a pain to get there but the devils river state natural area has awesome fishing. If you mountain bike it isn't so bad. Otherwise you have to hike a couple of miles to get there. After driving 21 miles down a caliche road.
