Looking for the best processor near Mason. Have property south of Mason on 87 and was hoping y'all had some suggestions.

Not Mason per se, but I use David Jung on the northwest side (Mason Hwy.) of Fredericksburg for a lot of stuff. Works out of his house and he is usually slammed during WT season, but does good work and is reasonable. 830-997-2296. If Round Rock is your home, and you go home 290, it might work.

Creek - thanks for the suggestion mate, much appreciated. Seems strange to me that there is not one in Mason proper, but I guess that is the way life goes.

I use Carrie Boos in fredericksburg when I'm up that way. She corns backstrap and tenders and they're awesome. Great summer sausage and smoked/dried links too.

There is a processor in downtown mason just on the north side of the square on 87. Jerrys Processing, there is a sign right on the road. I hunt just south of mason just past Comanche creek.
