We have 4 hunters looking for a lease. I have leased from family friends for the last 12years and now we are looking for something different. All I hear are horror stories of dealing with lease brokers or problems with leases. How and where do you look? How do you know what you are getting into?

If you have a good lease I would stay put. The grass isn't always greener. 2cents
