We built this 5 man blind yesterday using some light gauge tubing and concrete remesh. It breaks down into 6 pieces, largest piece is 4'x5'. The front has adjustable feet up to 15" and dual push gates. It all pins together using barrel hinges.

Looks really nice.

Beav best I can guess the entire thing weighs maybe 125 lbs or so. Pretty easy to handle broke down into 6 sections.

Garrett I was thinking that I could possibly add a small roof maybe 18"-24" wide that could sit down into some pockets on the back sides. We wanted to keep as low of a profile as possible on this one, it's right at 48" tall. A roof would pretty well force you to shoot sitting down, and it might get old real quick forgetting its there and smoking your dome on it.

Building this one out an idea into my head to build an even shorter version that comes apart, think layout blind position but sitting up just a little more like those fat man blinds cabelas came out with last year. We could make one you sit down in on your butt and lean up against the back, keeping the overall profile maybe 24"-30" or so. Might be pretty cool.

If anyone's interested shoot me a pm, not gonna talk bidness on here or it'll get moved.

That is outstanding. Only thing I think would people would ask for is some kind of bench seat. I love the idea that it breaks down. If you're hunting a walk-in spot with 4-5 guys, everyone takes a section with their gear & you could easily carry this in for a day trip

I should stand up pretty well to them, it can be moved with two people but it doesn't exactly like to scoot on the ground.

We changed up the hinges on the second blind, using some 3/4" square tubing and 3/16" plate we cut on the plasma table. It works better than the barrel hinges, much less tolerance, but still needs more tweaking IMO. We will get it figured out.

Here's some pics of the original all brushed up
